  Liked: Nice clean house, comfortable, good shower/bath, usable kitchenette.

  Good in part, but overall disappointing

  Liked: The pool was nice. The apartment was ok, out welcome was exceptional

  Disliked: Apartment was filthy, and this place was essentially the middle of nowhere. We hadn’t quite picked up on that. There is a restaurant in the park, but its maybe 2kms, dark, on wooded footpaths. Not an enticing walk back in the dark. Supermarket is a bit furthet

  Very enjoyable

  Liked: Great location on the outskirts of Bergerac, 10 minutes walk to a lake you can swim in and there's a restaurant too. 25 minute walk into Bergerac. The complex and our apartment was a bargain for the price, it comes with a outdoor swimming pool. The apartment was clean and adequate with separate bedroom and ground floor with outside area with table and chairs and a clothes airer too. Kitchen had a fridge dishwasher, hob microwave and kettle. To explore the area I hired a rental car from the airport which turned out to be a wise decision for getting out and about and shopping too.. The weather in September was hot and we really enjoyed out week at this location.

  Disliked: For the price of the accommodation and facilities, there's nothing to complain about.

  Liked: The lady on the desk was exceptional, she spoke both fluent French and English and did everything she could to help us. She recommended us an excellent restaurant, gave us a steamer to iron our clothes for the wedding we were attending and ordered us taxis.

  Disliked: Everything was completely excellent, the only things I didnt like were the pillows.

  Highly cost effective and spacious,near park and city

  Liked: Cute two bedroom, two level apartment with good size eat in kitchen area, outdoor terrace with table and adjoining a beautiful lake and sanctuary area. Indoor outdoor pool in the facility, lots of free parking. Very helpful onsite staff support. As a solo traveler, I got an amazing deal for 7 nights.

  Disliked: Upstairs was a separate toilet without a sink so hand washing required navigating stairs in the middle of the night. No laundry in the unit, but pay machines were available that included laundry soap, no choice to use your own. Very early check out time, and late arrival means you lose a lot of access time.

Reception opening hours: Sunday to Friday: 9:00-12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00.

Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.

Please note that breakfast costs EUR 5 for children from 3 to 10.

For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out.

Please note that bed linen and towels can be changed during your stay at an extra fee of EUR 9 per person.
