  Liked: Good location, walking distance to tram lines A and F (airport) and city centre. Basic but very comfortable and functional room with kitchennete and small bath. Very friendly and helpful reception agent, in particular with directions and travel adapter loan.

  Excellent

  Liked: This is an amazing place. Great value for money. There is a supermarket close with everything also. Usually in France u can’t swing a cat in a room but they were a great size room. Very impressed.i also had view from my room which was a bonus. A good nice walk to everything. Didn’t bother me. Bordeaux is so walkable. Also I tramed it to a station near the hotel from airport. 10 min walk to hotel. Easy

  We had a pleasant sojourn despite the hot weather

  Liked: Our apartment was spacious, comfortable, equipped with a lot of amenities, plus an open balcony. we did not depend an the housecleaning, which you never know when it happens, it was almost home from home

  Disliked: Firstly, we would have liked AC, as in B. it was really hot; secondly, a second mirror on the wall or wardrobe, for instance, there was only one in the bathroom; thirdly, a real reading lamp, some people do read in the evening, and last, the window sills were vey, very dirty, that is, more attention to cleaning, in general, the floor was covered with dirt and the furniture was dusty when we first entered the unit (the window panes were OK).

  Pleasant enough but you are paying for the location more than the facilities and comfort

  Liked: Staff were lovely. Location is just right really - not too far from the city centre but close enough to walk everywhere. Trams were plentiful if needed and tram stop to the airport (Hotel de Police) was 5mins walk. Lovely cafes, boulangeries and restaurants nearby as well as small supermarkets for basics like coffee and wine in the room.

  Disliked: Room was quite small. No view. The 'air cooler' worked well enough to give us some cool air to sleep but had to balance it on a chair so it could blow across the bed. The outdoor temperatures were brutal (36-38c during the day, 25c at night) but normally the air cooler would be sufficient. An aircon would have been nice but I understand it's perhaps not warranted and they are so expensive to run.

  Great stay, lovely location, but very hot

  Liked: Great location, clean, friendly staff, great organisation from staff.

  Disliked: Ac was very weak, and in the heat was uncomfortable to sleep in.

  I would avoid

  Liked: The only good thing was that the bed was quite large and comfortable. However one of the pillows had a very large yellow stain on it.

  Disliked: The room was very small and got stifling hot during the evening. It was not clean - obvious stains on the table and chairs which I had to clean myself. I don’t think the cleaners had bothered even to wipe it properly. The light in the bathroom would constantly flicker with every movement which made showering very unpleasant. We were told if we wanted extra towels or towels changed throughout our stay we’d be charged extra. Staff were not available often - including during the day on weekends. It was generally a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this place. It’s also quite far from the centre - about a 20min walk.
