  The staff were very kind and helpful

  Liked: The location was the best thing about this place. Very close to the Tram line out of Chartrons. I did a lot of walking and it was a good distance to everywhere!. The room was nice and clean.

  Disliked: There was one night when i returned from Paris, there was no water available. I couldn't shower or brush my teeth, i went to bed with Paris on me. However, by the time i woke up the next morning water was back.

  Good location, close to the tram stop for the city center

  Liked: Very close to the tram and bus stops; it’s also possible to reach the city center on foot. The option to park your car is excellent, and I recommend using the car to get to the Bassins des Lumières. Very close to the Musée du Vin et du Négoce and the unmissable Bistrot du Fromager.

  Liked: Good location as near the tram. Quiet

  Disliked: Mattress was rock hard. Room very compact. Had to ask for toilet paper and fresh towels. Old decor. Nowhere to sit in reception which would help as room too small to stay in when it was raining.

  Good value, great location

  Liked: Everything you need for a short stay, including a small kitchenette, which was unexpected. The staff were great and the location is fabulous. This area is definitely happening, with lots of excellent food options nearby, especially on Rue Notre Dame. You can easily walk into the main part of Bordeaux easily and there are tram options too if you need them. Our room also had a bathtub and a really good shower.

  Disliked: The bed was quite hard, though we got used to it. The room had an air conditioner but when we turned it on it seemed to throw out a lot of dust, which we alerted the staff to (probably a filter clean is needed). It's a basic room but good value for money given the location and amenities. Note milk, tea bags and tissues are not provided. Parking is available onsite.
