  Comfortable, ideal location

Liked: Good firm mattress, two doors between the bedroom and the main hall so no problems with noise. On tap filter water at the main entrance.

Disliked: Recycling bins at the main entrance of the building are too small. The pillows were not very good.

  Liked: The kitchenette was nice.

Disliked: Very loud in the room because of neighbors. No extras - dishes but no dish towels, no toiletries, extra costs for everything.

A very convenient and pleasant place to stay for visiting Bordeaux and the surrounding area

Liked: Great location with tram just around the corner and about 25 minutes to walk into the centre of Bordeaux. Great continental style breakfast with a good selection of options. The kitchenette was very handy for being able to eat at the aparthotel as well as out.

Disliked: The late check-in was a bit confusing, it wasn't completely clear from the message we got that we needed to do to get our room key. On our last day the breakfast was a bit chaotic because of a coach load of visitors all wanting breakfast at the same time, but the staff managed it well.

Disliked: Receptionists are racist. They are friendly to only French. They were mean to me. They didn't even respond to my greeting at all.

  Excellent in every way

Liked: Easy journey by tram from the airport, then a very short walk. Receptionists were very nice, very helpful. The accommodation was perfect and absolutely spotless. The bed was amazing and I slept like a log. Breakfast was very good. It is very easy to get to the centre of Bordeaux by tram, and very cheap. There is a small supermarket a short walk away. If I were to return to Bordeaux, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

  Disliked: I liked everything.
