  friendly staff and great location. clean but expect some kitchen smells in the hallways

  Liked: clean and comfortable room and bathroom, common areas. great location close to tram station and several restaurants and cafés, including a cool and inexpensive one across the street (a hostel's café, good bargain).

  Disliked: some smells in the building. probably due to long stay visitors using their mini kitchens. kitchen was minimalist but we didn't use it so did not care.

  Liked: Private secured parking but par extra cost

  Disliked: We booked this property specifically for the air conditioning during a summer stopover with two young children. Upon arrival, the A/C unit was broken and only blowing ambient air. Reception refused to address the issue that evening because it was near closing time, leaving us in a hot room overnight. At check-out, management categorically refused any commercial gesture or partial refund. Very disappointing lack of service and transparency.

Good to know

Reception opening hours: - Monday to Saturday: from 07:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 22:00 - Sunday: from 07:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00.

Please note that children under 4 years old can enjoy breakfast for free. Children with ages between 4 and 11 years old can have breakfast at an extra of 7 EUR. Children aged 12 and above are considered as adults and pay for the full price.

Beds are made on arrival, bedlinen and towels are changed if needed or every 6 days. Cleaning except for the kitchenette area and the dishes is included every 6 days.

Parking reservation must be made prior to arrival. A special night or day rate is also available at the Cité du Vin car park located 164 feet away.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
