  Liked: Location superb Staff very helpful and friendly

  Disliked: I appreciate having renovations but old, tored, bathroom was very beliw standard, i didnt want to use the shower Central location but exceptionally noisy

  Great location if you don’t mind the noise at night and are looking for a very basic hotel

  Liked: Location of the property is excellent from the point of view of being in the centre of the city and beside the amazing tram system. However, the noise at night from delivery vehicles, city cleaners and people shouting in the streets is not great if you are not a good sleeper.

  Disliked: We were very disappointed in our room. The shower cubicle was incredibly small with mold around the bottom of the tiles. In addition one of the towels in the bathroom was dirty and there was no soap in the wall dispenser at the sink. The carpet going up the stairs on the right hand side of reception (as you look at reception) was filthy. We were told that the hotel is undergoing refurbishment and the carpet going up the stairs on the left hand side of reception was definitely new and the rooms had been redecorated - however there is nowhere to hang clothes or put them in any drawers in the new rooms - which seems strange. We were given another room still on the side of the hotel that has not been refurbished, which was only better because the shower was over the bath and looked cleaner.

  Great location if you don’t mind noise at night

  Liked: It’s right in the centre close to tram lines, shops and river. Very clean also staff very friendly and helpful. It’s currently under refurbishment.

  Disliked: Can be very noisy at night. Rooms are quite small with nowhere to put clothes.
