Great location in Bordeaux chartron area with comfortable accommodations, great staff, and fun rooftop restaurant

Liked: Front desk was all very friendly. Top restaurant had great view and good food. Room spacious and comfortable

Disliked: Poor lighting in rooms. Sitting room had one tiny lamp so unable to read at night. Would be nice to pull car up to front for luggage and older people drop off

Disliked: needed to ask more than twice (kind of insisted) to help with the loud air-condition... in the end it has been turned out, so it wasn't loud anymore but the room became hotter...
