  Good location, ok room

  Liked: Great location, nice breakfast, room was nice and quiet, nice to have tea and coffee in the room

  Disliked: Drain was a bit smelly in the bathroom and air conditioning was temperamental. Generally room and bathroom just need a bit of TLC such as fixing hooks properly!

  Liked: The location is great, just outside the train station.

  Disliked: There's no elevator access. Breakfast is too slow to set up, and the cutlery is not clean. We found used cups left in our room by the previous visitor, with an obvious wet coffee stain at the bottom; this is unacceptable.

  Liked: The hotel locates in front of the city central train station & it is really useful to travel by the train to the region.

  Disliked: They have to pay more attention to cleanliness. The size was small, but this is a typical for France. There was a kettle in the room, but you had to move it from the table to the floor to use it, because cable length was insufficient. The breakfast was poor & there had no the eggs during 2 days 🤷 I can't recommend this hotel to stay.

  Handy for the station overnight, but not for longer stay

  Liked: The room was quiet, as requested, and looked over the hotel courtyard. Staff were kind about a late check-out at no charge and allowed us to sit in the courtyard until mid-afternoon. Location right across the street from St Jean Station Bordeaux was very handy. Hotel was excellent value for money.

  Disliked: Hotel is dated and stairs are needed to access the rooms. We were pleased the staff carried our cases for us, up and down. Very little room to place cases so we could use them while staying. Room was quite small with little space around the main bed.
