  Fab find in Bordeaux

Liked: Great location, very spacious and comfortable room, and excellent staff, who were always friendly and helpful.. Very convenient for the tramway, and taking a long walk along the river..

  Disliked: Nothing. It was great.

Disliked: If I had to put anything here…Shower head is a bit dodgy…. But nothing major

Great spot close to the river!

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable. And quiet, even though it was right next to the elevator. Breakfast was perfect with a nice selection and fresh espresso!

  Mediocre

Liked: The room was large and mostly clean

Disliked: It was not remotely a 4 star hotel. It was booked as a special occasion and I deliberately wanted a nice hotel. It was a glorified premier inn with less access. They locked the front door all the time so you had to wait for someone to be available to let you in which made us feel like second class citizens. We had to ask to get the room cleaned and they were poor with restocking the coffee and sugar and water. The downstairs area kept smelling of sewage also. Our bathroom smelt like drains also. No view from the bedroom just frosted glass.
