  Liked: Great location - loved Chartrons. Hotel very clean, comfortable with welcoming and helpful staff. Great car parking under the hotel with easy access into the reception area.

  Disliked: Nothing really. If I was being very picky, the outside area at the back of the hotel looked messy and untidy but its very minor. Just feeding back in case it helps.

  Good value, clean, friendly

  Liked: Staff very helpful and nice. Hotel and rooms very clean. Easy 30 min walk to old town. Parking is underground with entry from side street and very secure just make sure you grab a voucher from the front desk first. Spots very narrow but was able to park two cars apart. Large SUV and EV were taking two spots.

  Disliked: Air conditioning is old. Seems to blow air but still warm. Made it hard to get a good sleep. Wouldn’t see it working on hot days. Beds a little hard for me. The hotel seems safe and if you walk into town it’s fine but if you walk into nearby neighbourhoods it seemed a little rundown, similar along the waterfront.

  Liked: Rooms clean and comfortable

  Disliked: The front entrance needs a face lift. I understand there is construction going on, but the garbage cans in front and dead plants detract. The F&B spaces off the lobby look abandoned.

  Ok for a few days, affordable visit

  Liked: Friendly, helpful staff. Affordable.

  Disliked: The decor in my rom was tired - marks on walls and furniture. Bathtub mechanism not working properly. Water warm more than hot.
