I gave it a good rating considering my budget

  Liked: Location. Price and staff.

Disliked: There was an unpleasant smell coming from the drain, and the shower cubicle was far too small.

Good value in an excellent location

Liked: Good value for money in an excellent location. Bright and cheery room, and nothing to complain about.

Disliked: Breakfast was fairly meagre and not good value for money. The area is surrounded by cafes, which would be a far better bet.

  Awful stay, good location

  Liked: The location is good

Disliked: The mattress was very bad I could feel the springs in my back and on the following day I woke up with back pain. They didn’t offer any solutions and two of the receptionists were very rude, I have to ask them to add some duvets to try to see if it would improve. I also asked about other bedrooms and we got offered a very small one which had the same mattress. I asked for a refund for the remaining nights. They said to booking that they would issue it but I have not received any refunds or any further updates. I ended up loosing the money and paying for 3 nights in another hotel where I could sleep comfortably and without getting a back pain. The stairs are also in very bad state but there is a lift.
