  Awful experience

Disliked: They ruined my vacations. They demanded to pay a deposit of 500 euros for one night stay. For many days I have been anxious because I was not sure if they would release the deposit. I had to pay an extra insurance in order to safe the deposit. After that they set a series of crazy rules and they created stress for my money. 50 euros penalty if you don’t take the rubbish out or if you don’t wash the dishes. And they make fun with my money at risk. They don’t care to have long term satisfied clients but only to get the money for the reservation. I tried to cancel the booking but they wouldn’t accept it.
