  I would not go back

  Liked: Good location.nice to have a pool as well.

  Disliked: Extremely limited and badly designed cupboards and rooms. Had to really fight to get a better room which are very few. Staff are nice.

  Great find!

  Liked: The staff were very friendly with us and our little boy. We were made to feel very welcome. Great value for Cannes and ideal location. Walkable distance to everything you need! Would definitely visit again

  Overall a lovely stay and I would stay again

  Liked: Lovely pool area, although pool bar never open. Rooms were lovely however could have been cleaned better. Very close to the beach a beach clubs, shops and restaurants.

  Disliked: Very long check in process, I’ve never experienced one like it, took a good 30-40 minutes if not longer. Even though it was the middle of the day we were told off for talking too loudly in the reception area.

  Liked: tiny room, awkward size around the bed, was dusty. TV could not connect to Netflix because i had an apple phone... was told by staff its my phones fault for not supporting android and therefore the TV was redundant. Outside space and location good

  Not Pet-Friendly and Poor Housekeeping

  Liked: Manager Olga at reception is doing great job and always willing to help! Very polite and nice person!

  Disliked: I am extremely disappointed with my stay and would definitely not choose this hotel again. The biggest issue is that I simply do not understand how this property can seriously describe itself as pet-friendly. My Chihuahua barked after being disturbed by external noise and by the housekeeping staff. I categorically disagree with the complaints made to me about this. A dog barking briefly when someone approaches or enters the room is completely normal behavior, especially in an unfamiliar environment. If this is considered unacceptable by the hotel, then perhaps advertising the property as “pet-friendly” is somewhat misleading. Being pet-friendly should mean more than simply allowing guests to bring a dog while subsequently treating normal dog behavior as a problem. Housekeeping was equally disappointing. Apparently, some members of the housekeeping staff are allergic to dogs, which is quite an extraordinary situation for a hotel that actively accepts guests with pets. Because of this, arranging something as basic as room cleaning became an unnecessarily complicated process. Instead of simply requesting housekeeping, we effectively had to search for someone who was actually willing and able to clean a room with a dog staying in it. And when the room was finally cleaned, the experience was hardly worth the effort. The housekeeper unplugged all of our chargers and electronic devices from the sockets, switched off the air conditioning despite the hot weather, and the overall standard of cleaning itself was mediocre at best. I genuinely struggle to understand the logic here: the hotel presents itself as pet-friendly, but housekeeping has difficulties entering rooms with pets, normal barking caused by external disturbance results in complaints, and obtaining a basic room cleaning turns into a negotiation. For me, this is not what a pet-friendly hotel experience should look like. Overall, I am categorically dissatisfied with the hotel, particularly with its attitude
