  Wouldn’t stay here again

  Liked: The pool was easily accessible and good atmosphere

  Disliked: We didn’t receive any fobs to get into the building and we had to rely on someone letting us in or using the intercom which didn’t always work. When asking the staff about this over message they said they hadn’t come in the post but no one notified us of this. The room was dirty, falling apart, no working toilet flush, wardrobe doors were not even connected and it fell down during the night. Cockroach’s on the floor, plugs were falling out the wall, fridge smelt awful and mouldy. Never saw any reception staff at any times. Over all quite run down

  Price ok

  Liked: Value for the price was ok. Location is good, it’s easy to take a bus to Cannes downtown.

  Disliked: Not very clean. Cockroaches in the kitchen. Trash hasn’t been emptied. All in all very old and would need a renovation.

  Got there, arrived at 23:15, it was so horrendous, I looked for another hotel and left immediately

  Liked: Didn’t like it at all, unless money is extremely tight, avoid at all cost. If you have a car, you’d better get a hotel a bit further like Mougins….

  Disliked: it’s really a cheap and nasty place. Knackered, dirty, stank of cigarette, and not even a toilet seat on the toilet….

Reception opening hours is from 16:00 to 19:00. If you plan on arriving after 19:00, it is necessary to contact the reception during opening hours in order to obtain an access code.

Bed linen and towels are always included in the rates. For stays of less than 7 nights, daily cleaning is available at an extra charge. For stays of over 7 nights, cleaning is done once a week. Please note that all guests are kindly requested to clean the kitchen and wash their dishes before check-out.
