  Very good stay

  Liked: Very good receptionist, all very clean and comfortable and nice looking. Breakfast was fantastic, great variety, quality and location overlooking lake and swimming pool. Altogether a really good experience.

  Disliked: Booked this hotel so we could use the heated outdoor swimming pool during the course of a very long car journey. However on arrival a sign said it was out of use. Receptionist said we could use it, but it was no longer heated as advertised. Being cold and windy temperature outside we felt that wasn't really an option. The fitness suite was limited, two machines working - a bike machine & cross trainer - and one pair of 1kg dumbells!

  Good place to stop over with a dog travelling through France

  Liked: Everything was pretty good and it was a stress free stay.

  Disliked: Style of building was not to my taste, but everything else was fine.

  Very pleasant stay with an exceptional Restaurant Down the road

  Liked: AS we were arriving on a Sunday evening the hotel had prior to arrival that the hotel restaurant would be closed and they would recommentd a local alternative. This alternative proved to be one of the highlights of our driving trip around europe it was great if we pass through again will will go again and miss the hotel restaurant!

  Disappointing

  Liked: Good proximity of EV chargers right there in the car park.

  Disliked: Aircon too noisy to sleep with it on. Not good enough sound insulation from the surrounding roads. Didnt like the mattress. “Treasure hunt” breakfast as is traditional in French hotels at this price point.

  Total lack of staff let down what could have been a nice hotel

  Disliked: Only one member of staff on duty to cover reception, the bar, check-in, etc. Couldn't tell us what time the room would be available, and didn't bother to come serve us at the bar. Suggested eating dinner in the restaurant but thank goodness we didn't as it was shut. There is nothing nearby, so you'll need to drive or grab a taxi to the centre of town. Lovely location by the lake, let down by complete lack of service.
