Disliked: No cleaning of the toilet during our stay and we had to buy toilet roll.
Liked: Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, 15 mim walk to the center of Lourdes, although the hotel is at the top of a hill. Lovely bakery 2 min walk that did nice pastries, sandwiches and coffee. Swimming pool was lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you

For stays of more than 2 nights, a quick clean is carried out with no change of sheets or towels. End-of-stay cleaning is included.
For stays of 7 to 29 nights, a weekly cleaning is included with a change of sheets and towels, as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
