Fabulous
Very comgortanle and pleasant
Liked: Everything was amazing
It was wonderful
Liked: I like the hotel itself and staff.
Liked: Great location and price Staff was excellent, Juliette is so kind and helpful. She gave my daughter a free snack and then found her sweeties that she forgot downstairs.
Disliked: .
Excellent location to Lourdes sanctuary and Bernadette sites of interest. Clean, quiet, helpful
Liked: The front desk staff was very helpful. I asked if they could do my laundry after a long pilgrimage walk, and they did it for $10 euros in a couple of hours. The room was clean, quiet, well located to the train station and to the religious sites at Lourdes.
Disliked: The hotel is on a busy street which may be a problem for some visitors. However, I found if i kept my windows closed, the noise was minimal.
Liked: The staff, the building
Disliked: The road was occasionally loud and the soundproofing from other rooms could be better
The hotel was in a perfect location for everything
Liked: We really couldn’t complain for €45 for the three of us for one night! The hotel was very clean, with plenty of space for three adults, and the staff were lovely and welcoming. The beds were comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. We paid an extra €10 per person for breakfast. Whether you feel it’s worth it will probably depend on what you like to eat, as it’s a continental breakfast, but there was a decent selection. The location is fantastic — right on the doorstep of everything you need, with shops, restaurants and everything else close by. It’s also only around a 5-minute stroll to the Sanctuary, which was perfect for us. Also a 5 minutes walk from the train station For the price, cleanliness, friendly staff and location, we were really happy with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again. 😊
Disliked: I couldn’t really fault this hotel for the price we paid! If anything I would say the rooms are a bit dated
