Liked: Very good location, object is close to bus stop which can take you directly to the Rond-Point du Prado Metro Station. Very good breakfast and comfortable beds. Luggage storage is a big plus for me.

Extremely disappointing, with poor cleaning standards and unsatisfactory car parking

  Liked: N/A

Disliked: Check in process awkward, was waiting in reception for 10 minutes before someone finally appeared. Room was dirty, coffee machine full of old pods from previous guests and dirty water. Kettle full of standing water (hygiene issue), pool had a corded electric cleaner left inside it all day making it unsafe and inaccessible - after multiple people mentioned to staff they finally removed the cleaner, but the pool remained dirty. The exterior carpark (which I had to pay for) was full of litter and hazards, appeared to be in regular use by contractors / workers (unsure if related to the property or not). Not very secure, multiple hazards that could cause damage to vehicle / tyre. Staff seemed to be somewhat moody, staring at my partner and I any time we passed through the lobby or exited the elevator - not very welcoming at all

Beautiful days visiting friends and staying in a great hotel

Liked: Very nice and comfortable room (for people with mobility problems), good shower, excellent bed, right temperature, and nice views.Personnel was extremely nice. We were visiting friends nearby, so the location was ideal. It is also just in from of a shopping with a big Carrefour.

  Disliked: I
