  They won’t refund you

  Liked: Nothing

  Disliked: I paid through booking.com but I couldn’t check in before charge me again. I complained at morning to reception that I charged twice and she replied that she noted this and it is not only me. She promised that it will be refunded but nothing happened. I messaged the property but no answer. Bad service and support.

  The receptionist at the time of stay Dihia was very helpful with ordering cabs etc

  Liked: Good clean place and quiet

  Disliked: No refill once breakfast ran out.

  Terrible experience

  Disliked: The room smelled so damp that both my husband and I got sick. Other guests leave trash in the corridor to the point that we saw a used diaper twice.

  you can find a better place

  Liked: close to port departures

  Disliked: there was no clasp to close the window that would blow open all night, NO COLD water in shower—just scalding (3rd floor). asked night security about how to call a taxi- he said there was no service in the area. lots of construction, & just not a neighborhood to stroll.

  Met our needs and the staff were some of the best we have met

  Liked: The staff were amazingly helpful. The rooms were comfortable and purposeful for our needs.

  Disliked: A lot of work around the hotel the area is being redeveloped- not the hotels fault, the location will be great when work is completed.

Good to know

When booking 7 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

If arriving outside of reception hours, guests can use the automatic check-in machine at the entrance of the hotel with their reservation number and bank card.

The reception is open continuously during the day.

We do not have a night reception but an automatic terminal for late arrivals. If it is closed upon your arrival, we invite you to enter your reservation number at the check-in terminal located near the entrance to obtain the access code to your room.

Parking is available for EUR 12 per day.

A breakfast surcharge of EUR 4.50 applies for children aged 0–10 years, and EUR 8.90 for children aged 10–18 years.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
