  Liked: I enjoyed the location as it wasnt a long walk to anywhere of interest in Marseilles.

  Disliked: I didnt like the fact it wasnt the cleanest looking or feeling apartment and also it had quite a few cockroaches, both large and small. Also not a fault of the apartment but due to the apartment being in an older area of Marseilles with an out of date sewage system I had moth larvae coming up through the toilet.

  Pleasant. Needs better bedding. Fantastic location. Not bad value for money

  Liked: The location is absolutely wonderful for anyone who is visiting Marseille and will be out and about around the Vieux Port, le Panier, visiting Mucem etc. It was well equipped with a fridge, kitchen equipment and TV. There were also fans to help with the heat.

  Disliked: The place felt like it had been cleaned in a rush. There was water on the floor in the kitchen. The bedding was not ironed. We could not find the spare bedding for the second bed despite requesting this and arriving late. When we dug around for it we found dirty bedding in a bit of a messy cupboard which was unpleasant. We eventually made a plan with some clean bedding. There is also no balcony to speak of - it is enclosed and looks onto the parking and other apartments. It feels a little neglected and feels like it needs a deep clean. But otherwise was fine.

  Huge disappointment

  Disliked: I stayed in this apartment for 6 nights, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The Apartment: The property is located on the ground floor and does not match the listing photos. The photos appear to be heavily edited and do not accurately reflect the current condition of the apartment. Cleanliness & Hygiene: The apartment was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There was a strong, persistent smell of cigarette smoke that never went away—even after leaving the windows open. The odor stuck to our clothes and luggage, which made the stay very uncomfortable. There was dust everywhere, and surfaces were poorly cleaned. We even found a spider in the toilet. The shower door does not close properly, leaving a large gap that causes water to leak all over the bathroom floor when showering. The balcony was extremely dusty, with neglected artificial plants. Cleaning supplies were stored in a visible corner behind a small curtain. The worst part was finding coffee capsules stored in a dirty drawer alongside non-food items like sheets and towels. The bed linen was stained and had holes, and one of the cushions placed on the bed was visibly dirty. Safety: There was no fire alarm in the apartment, which is a serious safety concern. Amenities & Service: Despite booking for 6 nights, basic supplies were insufficient: - No laundry detergent provided - Only one toilet paper roll, which was already dirty and stained - Only two coffee capsules for the entire stay Overall: This apartment has no positive aspects. It falls far below acceptable standards in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and safety. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone.

  Short stay by the Harbor

  Liked: It was roomy. It was on the first floor so I didn’t have to go through stairs for our luggages. TV worked. Wifi was good. The hostess was kind to extend the check out till noon for me.

  Disliked: Warming that there are a lot of rats running everywhere around the city near the building. Bring your own soap, shampoo and conditioner. We could not use washer/ dryer because we couldn’t find any detergent to use. It was inconvenient for us to have to return the key back to another location.
