  Great Location

  Liked: Location was perfect, very central, and our room had a small balcony where you could see the Old Port, Notre-Dame de la Garde, and the busy streets below.

  Disliked: When we checked in they first sent us to a room that had plastic covering the windows and the small part of the windows that we could see through had trash and old cigarettes just outside the glass. We went back to the front desk and complained, and they quickly gave us another room that was smaller, but had a balcony with great views. The second room we had was fine and we were happy to stay there, but It was very disappointing that they would even suggest the first room for our use.

  Solid choice; safe and clean and good value for money!

  Liked: Less than thirty steps onto port boardwalk. Close to sites and felt safe! Excellent staff and breakfast package and room was ample and clean! GREAT bathtub and bed linens. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

  Disliked: Since so close to port was a bit noisy but that is not the hotels fault. Would stay again.

  Liked: It's a lovely hotel and a great location. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room and especially the bed was very comfortable.
