Helpful staff but room stunk of smoke

Liked: Reception was very helpful, especially with parking with parking. There is a gated carpark outside but it was full by the time we arrived in the evening. There is an underground car park but it was very tight for our larger SUV type car to get in. We did get in but if you have a larger car it's worth arriving early. The room, despite all rooms being non smoking, stunk of smoke.
