  Liked: Staff was very congenial.

  Disliked: The room was small and stuffy, and the location didn't feel too safe. I would be unhappy if I arrived here on my own instead of with my partner.

  Liked: I want to make a coplaint and I contacted your customer servie!!!

  Disliked: The room was not as described, the decor, facilites, toiletries, coffee, no bar etc. The room was not particularly safe, it was sark and impossible to see to unlock the door

  Authentic and friendly

  Liked: Very authentic Moroccan-styled hotel in a quiet street near the centre. Our room was comfortable, and I appreciated the provision of a bath as well as the usual shower! Yes, the hotel could do with a general makeover, but it is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Lovely Moroccan breakfast in a quiet and atmospheric garden. Overall, excellent value for money.

  Three nights at Le Ryad

  Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The stairs to our room were a bit of a surprise but we coped. The bed was an excellent size and comfortable. The shower was good.

  Disliked: The toilet seat was broken. The stairs to our room were a bit of a surprise but we coped. One side of the bed was against the wall which made getting in and out a bit awkward, and no room for a bedside table.
