  Great stay

  Liked: All staff are professional, helpful and friendly. The room (Superior King) was more spacious than expected. Great to have a minibar and tea/coffee maker. The electric kettle was smaller than what you normally see in hotels, but this was great. It was easy to fill the water and good size for one or two guests. Bed was very comfortable, we slept very well. The room was quiet and nicely warm (late October) without using the aircon. TV channels were great. Happy to find the good size safety box, the bath robes and slippers. Plenty of plug sockets. There were lots of restaurants, bars, shops etc. in surrounding area.

  Disliked: One thing we were bothered was the chairs in the room. With a good size table, there was only 1 chair and 1 stole. It would be nice to have 2 chairs for 2 guests instead.

  Elegant hotel in central Marseille

  Liked: The room was very spacious, elegant and spotlessly clean. Excellent air conditioning.

  Disliked: The restaurant was not open for dinner on Friday and Saturday. Not a big problem though, since there are plenty of options nearby.

  Very disappointed

  Liked: Clean modern

  Disliked: Ok so it says air conditioning but this wasn’t activated so room was very hot and noisy when window opened requested air conditioning twice, twice went back reasonable hour to hotel to find bar shut and restaurant both these things really disappointed us a business customers after working all day
