Exceptional
Gorgeous hotel with great wellness facilities and moutain-feeling
Liked: Really nice 5 star hotel with perfect service and overly friendly personnel. Beautiful views on the Mont Blanc from the hot-tub, truly unique!
Disliked: Expensive (but that's true for everything in Mégève). Restaurant has a limited menu that didn't change during our stay.

Intensely relaxing stay in a beautiful setting with incredible views
Liked: The hotel all round was wonderful - great breakfast with lots and lots of choice, everything freshly homemade. Felt very organic. Wonderful quality and extremely attentive and friendly staff. Staff all round were fantastic. There wasn't a moment when you didn't feel unobtrusively cared for. There are amazing views from the hotel.
Disliked: Honestly couldn't fault anything. If there was just one thing it would be that the room didn't have any hooks to hang coats or hats and no where really to store shoes, and not enough hooks to hang towels and bathrobes (damp ones) which meant the relaxing spaces in the room felt a bit cluttered. No bedside table either.. otherwise genuinely exceptional.
A wonderful hotel to relax and immerse yourself in the beautiful scenery all around you
Liked: It really is a lovely hotel with a number of individual chalets compromising the hotel. The facilities and staff and great
Disliked: We had booked the deluxe room which when we got there was stunning, but without A/C. Understanding we are in the alps i realise that A/C isn’t a thing but arriving in 34 degrees we had to downgrade to the classic room which are the only ones that currently have air conditioning.
Good but spoilt by private function
Liked: Beautiful location and facilities
Disliked: A wedding was held in our second night. We were emailed the night before arrival that the bar and restaurant were not available due to a private function. We had to sneak to our room as a wedding ceremony was being held and we had to either go out or sit in our room. Not great! They should not have this sort of function with other guests staying as the hotel doesn't suit it!

Please note that the restaurant "La Table de l'Alpaga" is only open in the wintertime and is closed on Monday and Tuesday evenings. However, the restaurant "Le Bistrot de l'Alpaga" is open daily for lunch and dinner.
