Exceptional
Liked: Hotel was very clean and modern. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Free use of the spa pool area at the leisure centre was a massive bonus and one of the reasons I booked this place. Only things to change would be to look at the air conditioning in the two floor family rooms. The upstairs was persistently too hot as there was no ventilation up there, made sleep uncomfortable. The restaurant and bar was way too expensive. I know it’s Megève but the prices were insane. It’s a Novotel after all and would have been nice to use the hotel as a cheaper option in town. I think it was €12 for a draft beer.
Liked: Our family had a great stay. The only thing is to remind the families to prepare for the swimming pool, it’s very particular but doable.
Liked: Friendly staff, special thanks to Melissa and Angèle. Modern, cost, and clean hotel with excellent location. The breakfast buffet can be much better!
Liked: We had a lovely stay at this property a very good sleep, and the staff was very helpful!
