Guest reviews
Disappointing and in no way ‘Grand’
Liked: Room very tired, hall tired, originally assigned a room that hadn’t been cleaned (bed unmade bins full etc). Air conditioning not coping with the heat. The hotel is located on an industrial/retail park and the area was dirty, scruffy and not pleasant
Disliked: Aircon not adequate, area unpleasant. The name implies rather more than the hotel is. Unable to use the pool as it was closed by the time we checked in.
Liked: location next to motorway
Liked: Secure parking in compound, good restaurant, good food and good staff enjoyed my stay here all good
