Lovely place, great staff. Just take ear plugs and you will enjoy your stay

Liked: The staff were super friendly. Especially the oriental man on reception. He was so smiley, polite and professional, it was lovely to be greeted by him upon arrival. Location - a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, the Metro and lots if shops and eateries very nearby. Clean room and very comfortable bed. 12 Noon check out time.

Disliked: Sadly the walls are very thin. I could clearly hear a person above me snoring very loudly all night and I could hear the person in the room next to me talking on her phone. It was so loud it was like she was in the room with me. Unfortunately I then heard a short 2 minute burst of loud banging coming from her bed which another room also said they heard- I’ll leave that up to the readers imagination what that was. I ended up having to put AirPods in and play white noise just to block it all out. However when I did, I had an extremely good sleep.

Great location, lovely staff but this should be a 2 star not a 3 star hotel

Liked: Location is great, it felt safe, lovely, close to metro, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, parks, central and easy to travel to sites and stations, etc.

Disliked: The room smelled stuffy when I arrived, windows had not been opened, the wifi was awful, hair dryer is terrible, the type you see in a local leisure centre, not a hotel. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, making a mess.

Liked: The location is really good, very close to Eiffel Tower. If the room is on the side of the street it’s pretty noisy at night…however, if it’s on the other side it’s very nice and calm
