Disliked: Breakfast people were queuing it’s so small 18 seats. Breakfast rank average. Did not supply the room booked and tried to imply that I sent „a special message, requesting single beds“, which was completely untrue.

Disliked: I can guarantee, my bag was opened and someone scanned through my personal stuff when I was out during the day. Good part is staff understood and were supportive to allow checkout a day before.
We had a nice stay:)
Liked: It was relatively close to the metro (10 min walk), and a bus could take us there. The staff were nice and the room was spacious. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower on the top floor which was amazing! The room was clean and the area itself felt safe.
Disliked: We had a room with a sleeping sofa and ‘upstairs’ also two beds. We expected a separated room. We had two kids with us, the stairs and the bed rails didn’t feel really safe. The room is more suitable for a group of friends. Also the room didn’t have AC and you heard all noice from the balconies and hallway.
