Liked: Overall cleanness and wifi connection was good.

Disliked: Reception staff were not so professional usually very young and unexperienced, and they were changing very frequently. I found my garbage bin full in my check-in! Although the next morning I asked them to empty it, in the evening I found it the same! I asked them again and they said the cleaning person is not there in the evening! After my insist they offered to change my room. Neighbourhood was not nice; usually there were some strangers close to entrance door smoking, etc.. As a single woman I did not feel so safe at this hotel (although nothing bad happened but I was nervous)

Good balance between price and distance to centre

Liked: The price was decent compared to staying closer to city centre. Friendly enough staff, no hassle. Good location. Plenty facilities around the area eg kids playground, plenty food and drink and laundry opposite. Enjoyed having a balcony. Bathroom had a tub as well as a shower

Disliked: Pictures made it look bigger than it was. Some people wont like the trvael into centre but it wasnt too bad. Easy to find for taxis too

Good clean rooms. Kitchenet is good with microwave and fridge

Liked: Room was comfortable and bed was large enough. Fan was provided which is very good in the weather

Disliked: No place to keep the luggage and we had to keep them on the floor. A Table can be provided along the wall. The shower stall can easily be 1 foot longer- space is available. The fridge in 206 needs to be fixed. The whole thing freezes over at #5 setting, and the freezer is not cold enough at anything lower. There was a fire alarm issue in the middle of the night and I wish the management gave some token of apology (Chocolate, breakfast). As cleaning is only done once a week, need some mechanism to take out the garbage and a small broom to clean the room.
