  Had the apartment been more as we had expected we would have had a much better experience

  Liked: Location, close to all amenities

  Disliked: Requested a walk in shower and received an apartment with shower over bath which was difficult for us with age as a factor plus a slight disability. Door hinge on cupboard was loose. Bed extremely uncomfortable.

  Disliked: The phone for reception and laundry isn't working. Also, the two single beds keep sliding apart since they were just pushed together to make a queen.

  Sad Disappointing Experience at a Four-Star Property

  Liked: Great central location.

  Disliked: As someone who has traveled internationally for years, this was the first time I was genuinely surprised that a property was rated four stars. I paid over €3,000 for a two-week stay and expected a level of cleanliness and service that justified the price. Unfortunately, this was one of my most disappointing hotel experiences. Although marketed as an aparthotel, housekeeping is extremely limited. Rooms are cleaned only once every seven days, leaving guests responsible for their own cleaning, rubbish disposal and sorting, and everyday upkeep. Regular bed-making, fresh towels, and routine housekeeping are not provided as many guests would expect at a four-star property. These limitations should be clearly disclosed before booking. Worse, I encountered cockroaches in the bathroom on multiple occasions, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and pest control. I reported the problem, was moved to another apartment, and had food replaced that was considered contaminated. These measures did not undo the experience or address my broader concerns about the property’s cleanliness. I contacted Accor’s corporate office seeking a reasonable resolution, but was redirected to the local office, which was unwilling to offer a satisfactory solution. The only offer was a potential upgrade on a future stay, subject to availability. After spending over €3,000, this response was unacceptable. The combination of poor cleanliness, limited housekeeping, and lack of accountability at both local and corporate levels has permanently changed my view of Accor. I will not stay at another Accor property, and I strongly do not recommend this hotel due to its cleanliness issues and the way my complaint was handled.

  Amazing hotel! Worth every penny

  Liked: Location is top! Being on the 20th floor it was an amazing experience and the view is wow. Breakfast was really good and staff made sure everything is well stocked

  totally great and over our expectations

  Liked: Great location, safe area (with kids playground that our daugther hapilly used). Amazing view (we lived on 23rd floor) Spaceous and nice place, had all the needed things in bedrooms and kitchenette, cozy and welcoming livingroom and kitchen for nice evenings, comfortable bed.
