  It was okay if you only want to sleep in it

  Liked: We liked the location and the parking even though low-ceiling it was spacious and the room was spacious too. And lastly the staff was kind and willing to help. The breakfast was okay.

  Disliked: The one door of the closet was defective and the other door was missing. The door-handle of the bathroom door was defective as well.In our three nights staying there we didn’t saw anyone to came by to clean or check the room.

  Terrible Customer Service and Complete Lack of Respect for Guests

  Disliked: I would absolutely not recommend this hotel. Although Adagio should be a service focused on its customers and their needs, it is exactly the opposite. The willingness to find solutions to customers’ problems is non-existent, communication is non-existent, and friendliness is non-existent. In April, I made a reservation for one night for a family with two children, but due to a system error, the booking was made for October instead. I called the hotel directly at the time to explain the situation and ask to change the date to any day during the week we wanted to travel in April. However, we were treated very rudely, and the hotel was unwilling to accommodate our request. We were unable to cancel the reservation, but we were not offered an alternative date either. I called the hotel and Booking.com countless times, but all our efforts were in vain. Our requests through Booking.com were completely ignored, with no response whatsoever. The same happened when we contacted the hotel directly by phone, email, or through Booking.com. We travelled from Germany in October, and although we had specified our arrival time in advance through the online check-in, our request was once again ignored, and we received no response. We arrived around 11:30 a.m. to 12 noon, carrying our luggage and accompanied by two children, in the rain, wind, and cold. Nevertheless, we were not allowed to access our room until the official check-in time of 3 p.m. If this had been a customer-oriented service, the staff could at least have checked whether our room was already available, especially since we had been asked to provide our arrival time several days in advance. But no, they simply showed no willingness to help. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, despite having travelled extensively over the years. I have never experienced anything like this anywhere else.
