Practical and clean, walking distance to attractions

Liked: The location was far enough away from the city center to have restaurants that were more affordable nearby but close enough to walk to see all the main attractions. The room was larger than the average hotel room in Paris.

Disliked: The way to and from the airport via public transportation was a little complicated and took longer than we woul dhave liked.

Liked: Nice, cozy, small room with private bathroom. Perfect for our stay, since we explored the city and came just for sleep.

  Liked: nothing

Disliked: Stay away unless you are desperate. The whole building is a mess. The guy at the front desk looks like he's having the most miserable time working there. The stairs are a mess of dirty, old carpet. Sacks of dirty hotel laundry laying around the corridors. The room itself is old in all its dimensions. The bathroom had a toilet with a mark of burned cigarette and a soup of who knows what in the brush to clean the toilet. The bed sheets didn't give me any confidence to sleep there. Good thing it was only one night and I just made sure to touch as little as possible. Inconceivable considering the price they charge per night.

A superb Apartment. Laurent the Owner, was helpful and friendly. No problem with Entry and Departure

Liked: A superb Apartment on 3 Levels. Close to the Cathedral and the Centre of Town.

Value for money - Needs a renovation but the bed was comfortable and clean with aircon and a hairdry

Liked: Bed was comfortable and clean. The room small old but fairly clean. Bathroom - shower was a little grim - but clean - and just a body wash - no shampoo. But it had a hairdryer. It was good value for money

Disliked: just old furniture with burn marks - few cobwebs up high. But overall, it was clean and serviceable for the price and in a good location - quiet.
