  Very disappointing stay. The rooms were extremely small, not very clean, and completely different from the advertised ph

  Disliked: Very disappointing stay. The rooms were extremely small and looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The difference was so significant that the pictures felt misleading. There was no proper parking available, and the only parking option they suggested was a 10-minute walk away, in a place that looked more like a cave than a parking area. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and basic toiletries were not provided. We also requested an extra blanket, but they couldn’t provide one. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations at all. The facilities, cleanliness, and service were very disappointing, and it was definitely not worth the money we paid. I would not recommend this hotel.

  An excellent, reasonably priced hotel met all our needs, a walk from train station

  Liked: This is an excellent, reasonably priced older hotel, walking distance to the Montparnasse train station. It features a lounge suitable for reading, etc., in an attractive space more comfy than the room, with wine, beer, etc. available. There is no restaurant, but good ones are nearby. A breakfast buffet area is fine, with good food choices, and good coffee choices from machine. Elevator is good sized.

  Disliked: Figuring our the light switches in the room took awhile to scope out.

  Comfortable, Clean and Welcoming

  Liked: The hotel was lovely and clean. Staff were kind and helpful. The bed was super comfortable including the pillows. Bathroom clean and quite stylish. The hotel is located near a big food area, so great for trying local restaurants. The room also has aircon.

  Disliked: The light switches were difficult to work out. You have to hold the light switch for a good 3-5secs to turn on and off. Once I worked that out, all was good.!

  Liked: Everything was well, quite close to the metro, a lot of small restaurants, shops and traiteurs nearby. And I will always love Paris. I managed to set this as one of my favourite places (Montparnasse)- quite quiet and calm.

  Disliked: The room was small. And maybe it was a bit impersonal. Perhaps I expected something more.
