Fair for the money, not superb or a gemstone but ok overall, you trade comfort and space for location

Liked: Location was unbeatable, nice and rich buffet breakfast, warm and friendly staff.

Disliked: Functional but really cramped rooms. The locker was open and totally unattended, you could pick whatever you wanted.
