  Generally loved it

  Liked: Great location - 5 mins walk from Arc De Triomphe

  Disliked: No hot water on one night - sorted by the time we got back from night out

  Great location, poor service overall

  Liked: Location, friendly staff.

  Disliked: No AC in the room. When I asked about getting it fixed, I was told that there is no AC available and I should open the windows. Great option when you are in central Paris. I didn’t sleep well because of that, it was sleeping in a very hot room or noisy room, neither good! I’ve requested a taxi to go to the Gare du Nord, I was provided with a private car, not a taxi. I ended up paying twice the price of the fair and a slower ride as private cars can not use the buses lines. Not happy!

  Good location and beds comfy

  Liked: Location and also got a good nights sleep

  Disliked: Rooms looked tired eg carpet worn out in areas. Shower hose was loose.

  We were grateful for a decent hotel for our first trip to Paris and would recommend it for the access you get to so many

  Liked: The staff were exceptional!! They held conversation, were accommodating, kind, and really helpful when it came to things like holding our luggage, getting our luggage to our room, leaving a kind welcome card, and making sure our room was serviced throughout our stay. Additionally, this location was perfect! We were walking distance from food, shopping, and the Arc de Triomphe!

  Disliked: The room was not the coziest. It was noticeably unclean, had an order. And the dishes were visibly dirty.

  It was OK. I wouldnt stay again. I expected much better
