  Disliked: Despite the property’s unusually high rating and supposedly glowing reviews, we arrived to find it in an appalling state. The accommodation was filthy, riddled with insects, and entirely unsuitable for human occupancy. I personally killed three cockroaches in a matter of hours. The presence of pests, the absence of basic hygiene, and the general squalor of the space made it impossible for us to sleep or feel safe. This was not a minor inconvenience — it was a serious breach of health and safety that put my entire family, especially my children, at potential risk. We left the property at first light the next morning, physically and emotionally exhausted, in fear of falling ill due to the appalling conditions. This is not an experience anyone should face, least of all families traveling with young children. The listing grossly misrepresented its proximity to major attractions — another deliberate distortion that deeply affected our plans and added further stress to an already traumatic situation. What is most troubling is that this property continues to appear on Booking.com with favorable ratings, which are completely disconnected from reality. This raises serious concerns about the authenticity and oversight of listings on your platform. As a long-standing customer, I feel not only misled but betrayed by this failure in quality control and due diligence.
