  An excellent stay with truly exceptional service!

  Liked: The hotel has a fantastic location, with metro stations nearby, making it easy to explore Paris. The bed was very comfortable, and I really appreciated the complimentary coffee in the lounge. The rooftop terrace is another highlight, offering a wonderful view of the city. The luggage storage service was also very convenient. However, what truly made this stay special was the outstanding staff and their willingness to go above and beyond. I accidentally left my car key in the apartment after checking out, and the team was incredibly helpful in arranging for it to find its way back to me in Serbia. They were kind, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping me resolve the situation, which I appreciate enormously. This level of care and customer service is what makes a hotel stand out. I would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris, and I would definitely consider staying here again!

  Location and room is OK, staff and customer service made the place less loveable

  Liked: Location, room, comfy bed, luggage storage.

  Disliked: Its one thing that they did not let us cancel (which we wanted due only because of the riots in Paris and we would have been happy with a voucher too) as money is more important than 2 girls's safety but I accepted this since I chose the non ref option. However the reason I am rating down this place is the horrible communication. They did not answer any of my messages or emails even after asking them on the phone and asked customer service to write to them. It took about 4 days to finally get answer to my cancellation request. Also when I booked I asked for early check in and when we arrived my friend was feeling really sick, still they did not manage checking us in even a minute earlier than 3pm. We dropped the luggage and asked them to call or write us when the room is ready but they refused. They said we just go back. Right. We go back when? So we went back for 2.45pm and they checked everyone else in first, giving someone else the room they promised too. Very unprofessional. The cleaner also. She was standing in front of me and I asked shower gel and shampoo (both were completely empty) and she just left with the elevator without a word. Receptionist said they dont speak English. Well they should train them and teach those few words that are on their cleaning trolley such as shampoo, shower gel, towel. Not that hard.

  Great location and comfortable room

  Liked: Loved that room was equipped with everything you need, room was spacious, I liked that there was additional door separating me from the entrance to the room. Everything was very clean.

  Disliked: It can get noisy(this is a city center and several bars near the hotel), take a room with garden /inside view

  Overall, good value and location great. Staff very pleasant

  Liked: Good location, although street outside a bit noisy late at night. Also, area around hotel slightly dodgy at night - broken bottles, people hanging around.

  Disliked: Room could’ve been cleaned more often. TV wasn’t reliable. Area around property a bit dodgy. Soundproofing in property poor

  Comfortable value

  Liked: The room was well equipped with iron, ironing board, standing fan and sufficient crockery. The dishwasher was a bonus.

  Disliked: There was a lot of noise from the room above when they moved furniture around during the night disturbing my sleep. The breakfast was not great value: €15 for a small buffet but the kitchenette meant we didn't need to rely on the offered breakfast.
