  Beautifully renovated and spacious suite in convenient location

  Liked: Wonderful suite, stylish and newly refurbished, comfortable bed, full kitchen, just across the street from the metro, many shops and cafes in the area.

  Disliked: the reception was a construction site, the 13e isn't exactly a touristy area and was quite hectic in the evenings but Place d'italie is extremely well connected.

  It didn't seem value for money given some issues with basic stuff

  Liked: Location was great, within easy reach of public transport, and next to a lot of nice eateries. Staff was very helpful and we had no problems even when we can't speak French. Room was generally clean from inside (bed, mirror, windows, etc).

  Disliked: The facilities seemed unfinished, with lifts wrapped in foam inside, wardrobe doors in the room not closing properly, kitchen panels misaligned. And the dishes provided were not clean.

  Good and affordable stay with great connections

  Liked: Good location, the rooms that have been renovated are really nice. The kitchenette is a useful addition. Staff was very nice. There are 3 metro lines there going in different directions which is so useful.

  Disliked: The un refurbished rooms are a bit old, a lot of the rooms are also facing an internal courtyard of a mall which I didn’t see mentioned.
