  Citadine is the only hotel I know refusing to issue an invoice for the rental - unacceptable

  Disliked: The reception refused to issue an invoice with the argument, I booked via Booking.com, who must issue the invoice. And Booking.com referred back to Citadine to receive the invoice - very bad procedure.

  Liked: Location was great and the breakfast was nice. Good to have the laundry in the basement, which worked.

  Disliked: Room was very basic. The safe, the Tv and the phone didnt work, which was disappointing. They needed new batteries and the staff fixed them but never fixed the safe. Not particularly clean either. Very expensive for what it was.
