  Liked: Staff very good. Room small and heating didn’t work very well. Shower not very powerful and operating the room on an iPad was annoying. Overall I think the hotel is expensive

  Liked: It was so "techy, techy" in the rooms and so much fun. The staff so unbelievable nice and everywhere was very clean. It was in a more remote location, so on the weekends hard to find other places to eat besides the hotel, but the hotel food was amazing, so that was a bonus.

  Liked: It was a relief to arrive at CitizenM! Everything had gone wrong on my trip and arrive here to be welcomed by Rosie’s smile and help was wonderful.
