  Great

Liked: Excellent location, close to opera metro station, close to gallery laffayette.

Disliked: there was no option for late check out maybe due to full vacancy, beside that everything was great.

Served its purpose of a last minute stay

Liked: Location couldn't be better, so close to opera, Place Vendome, subway, bistros, bakeries, shopping, etc. The room was small as expected in this type of hotels in Paris, the bathroom was large, probably because it was for wheelchair access.

Disliked: the toilet seat had a bidet type seat had several electronic functions that are useful but it didn't work. When I reported it to front desk the response was "yes, it doesn't work". Of the 3 front desk people that we had interactions, only the nice lady was customer service oriented, the younger guy and older guy, were so rude and grouchy
