  Exceptional service that went above and beyond

  Liked: Exceptional service and true customer care. After I left an item behind in the room and it couldn’t be located, the hotel team especially the general manager, Gregory Thierion, went far beyond what was expected—coordinating a replacement and arranging shipment to the US. Their responsiveness and willingness to make things right turned a frustrating situation into a standout experience. Highly recommend.

  Liked: Room 609 The curtains were torn and had been stitched back together very poorly. The toilet and the walls had scratches and marks. It doesn’t live up to Hilton’s standards. The hotel is close to the metro, but there was no mini fridge in the room. The room was clean, but the breakfast was poor.

The hotel will be undergoing lobby renovations from March 18, 2026 - May 05, 2026. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
