Awful, I did not end up staying here

Disliked: The entire property was covered in scaffolding which they failed to mention would obstruct the view of the Eiffel Tower, which I believed should be put in clear writing. When I went to respond via email the property never got back to me. Upon my arrival with luggage in hand, not checked in yet, they told that now since I am at the property I am not allowed a refund. No where in the email they sent specified a deadline for a full refund. They refused to give me my money back and the manager, Christian acted passive aggressive, rude, and entitled towards me as if I should have known what the construction was going to look like. Not to mention, this scaffolding was mentioned a week prior to my departure to Paris. What a scam. Do not stay here unless you want snotty Christian hitting his vape and staring at you while you cry.

Liked: Fantastic reception team and great breakfast near the Eiffel Tower! We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Eiffel Trocadéro. The reception desk was absolutely fantastic—the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Another major highlight was the breakfast service. It was delicious, well-prepared, and gave us the perfect start to our days of exploring Paris. Combined with the hotel's unbeatable location just steps from the Trocadéro, this made for a truly memorable trip. We highly recommend this boutique hotel and would gladly stay here again!
