  A perfect little boutique hotel in Paris

  Liked: The staff were friendly and inviting. It was easy to check in and check out. The Location of our room was 4th floor, a lovely small balcony with a view of the Eiffel tower. The hotel location was perfect on the 16th arr close to shops and café exactly the experience we went for. A lovely 10 minute walk to the Eiffel tower and 5 minute walk to Arc De Triumph. The staff provided great information was places to dine and was also so generous to provide us with an umbrella when the weather was bad. The room was clean and really beautiful.

  It was all around a good location for where we wanted to visit, but I don’t think we should be charged that amount for s

  Liked: It was a lovely destination, and could get to popular places for quite short journeys.

  Disliked: The check-in procedure felt quite rushed. I didn’t feel welcomed, it felt very hectic and quick. There was no complimentary water in the room, so to drink which is a normal human right; you have to pay €2.50 for water which I think is very wrong. There should be complimentary water. The bathroom itself smelt lovely, but before even using the shower it genuinely stunk. Like dirty sewage. There were hairs in the toilet when we first came in? And hairs all over the bed before we even got in. When we left the hotel and came back after being out, we didn’t get a smile from one receptionist. The one thing I’d say is on check out, the gentlemen was quite friendly. It just seemed very rushed on check in, and didn’t feel like i was properly welcomed. I think for 200 something pound a night, for not excellent service, hairs in the bed, and hairs in the toilet, and a very smelly shower I wouldn’t particularly say it was worth the money. Also, there was not a single bit of soap to wash out hands. Only the body soap. Which I think is very strange too.
