Excellent - would recommend as a good hotel in central Paris

Liked: Room was comfortable with a good bed. Not large but fine for a short stay.

  Disliked: Decor a bit faded

  Great value

Liked: The location is the bestselling. Close to everywhere and surrounded by many Japanese restaurants and dessert shops.

It’s unsafe, Cash went missing from a bag in our room. We reported it immediately, yet the hotel’s response was to deny

Disliked: It’s unsafe, Cash went missing from a bag in our room. We reported it immediately, yet the hotel’s response was to deny liability because it was outside the safe and direct us to the police. The matter remains unresolved. This handling of a serious complaint is unacceptable.

Great hotel. Would stay there again

Liked: Great location right in the opera area. The room was bright and bed was comfortable with a nice size bathroom. The hairdryer works really well, which was a bonus. The staff was extremely friendly.

Disliked: Old fashion lock and key, but the staff was always there so you just leave the key with them when you went out. The hallways was a little dark, but it had sensor lights that took a bit to turn on.
