Location and Staff is best. Hotel room was very small difficult to sleep in double room and toilet shower area also need

Disliked: Location and layout of hotel, weird shaped rooms and the elevator was outdated
Extremely handy is you are needing a room for the night before catching a train the next day
Liked: It was close to the train station and great that we could leave our bags at the hotel for the day. Staff were very helpful and friendly
Disliked: The rooms were quite hot and unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t seem to work. That is my only complaint
Liked: The room was so hot! The tub was so high that it was not easy getting into and out of
Disliked: The neighbors were so loud we had to go downstairs and ask them to come up and ask them to be quiet and they did thankfully

Disliked: Very tiny room and lift. The hotel security policy required us to submit our room keys at the reception every time we go out which was very strange never ever have this been requested at any hotel.
