  Horrific experience ruined our one in lifetime trip for my I’ll spouse

  Liked: Location, friendly cleaning staff

  Disliked: Besides one kind helpful young lady at the front desk the rest of the reception staff were very cold unhelpful and downright rude. The accommodation was deceptively advertised and was minuscule unable to comfortably walk in a straight line around the bed, small desk or tiny galways. My souse with Parkinson’s fell and got injured because of the narrow walking path falling into a wall radiator and getting injured seriously impacting rest of out itinerary-of our one final European trip due to his worsening condition. Hotel staff did nothing to assist and hotel manager treated us abhorrent refusing to help or remedy the situation. We will never get another chance to repay this trip and are now forced to cut our long planed travel shirt and are returning to USA early to get his injury treated. We are devastated. When reaching out to hotel and booking.com we were insulted by offering us a free breakfast and a mini bar contents on our last morning there. Horrific

  Good value, nice place to stay

  Liked: Small boutique hotel. Friendly staff at desk - also spoke English which helped. Excellent breakfast (coffee, croissant, juice, + hot eggs & meat). Great location, close to Opera Garnier, easy access to metro, walking distance to Louvre, Tuileries etc. As a solo traveller, I felt safe staying here.
