  this room was very small, noisy and cleaning deserves serious attention

  Great place to stay! Just bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper

  Liked: Great location, quiet street, clean, great view from the room I stayed in, and beautiful washroom!

  Disliked: The only thing was that it wasn’t as soundproof between rooms. We could hear the people staying above us and next to us. That said, sound proofing is tough in Europe so I used soundproof headphones while I slept and that worked to block out noise:)

  Nice well located hotel

  Liked: * The location was excellent, with restaurants nearby that were open and convenient. * The breakfast was very complete, although I would have appreciated more fresh fruit and berries to add to the yogurt. * The room we were moved to was spacious and modern. * The staff kindly accepted a package on my behalf at no extra charge. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

  Disliked: Upon arrival, I was given a very small, outdated room that was completely different from the one I had booked. When I raised my concerns, I was told that the room I had originally reserved was occupied, and only then was I offered an alternative. This left me wondering whether I would have been expected to stay in the original room had I not spoken up. Fortunately, the hotel was able to resolve the issue by moving us to a larger, modern room. However, it seems that most of the hotel’s rooms are older and do not match the renovated rooms shown in the Booking.com photos. Be careful when booking, as you may end up with a completely different room from the one you expected, and the difference can be quite disappointing.
