  Disliked: Very disappointing experience. The hotel is extremely outdated and does not deserve a 4-star rating. The rooms are old, worn out, and poorly maintained, even the room keys are old-fashioned. The reception staff are unprofessional, and lack basic customer service skills. Definitely not worth the price or the rating.

  Disliked: Defintily far from a 4 STARS hotel... and the breakfast is just so disapointing. Expected a buffet of a 4 stars hotel and we are far from this. The coffee was terrible...
